Loyalty card terms and conditions
Free night in a classic room or the equivalent of the majority of your last 6 stays.
Number of guests and or dogs using the free stay must be the equivalent (or less) of your previous 6 stays.
Free stay is on a bed and breakfast basis only, excludes any food or drink purchased at the property.
Free stay is subject to availability on requested date.
Free stay is not valid on Saturday nights (unless agreed in advance).
Not valid over bank holiday weekends.
Card must be presented on departure to receive your stamp.
Loyalty cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless stated on that offer or at our discretion.
Stamps cannot be exchanged for cash.
If your card is lost, damaged or stolen or someone makes unauthorised use of it we may, at our sole discretion, replace your card and/or transfer any existing stamps to a replacement card.
